Keith has served on GEDA for almost two years, he brings over 25 years of financial and managerial experience to the authority.  His background and experience helps him analyze and determine what is the best for the City of Grove and GEDA.

Keith has resided in Grove for over 15 years, and is proud of his community.  He likes to stay involved and serve his community.

He has been in Retail Business for 35 years, Mike's experience is an asset to both GEDA and the City of Grove.

David has served on the Grove Economic Development Authority since 2009.  He brings 27 years of Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Executive Management, Acquisitions and Mergers making him a good fit for the Economic Development Authority.

He is committed to serving his community and uses his knowledge and skill sets to help plan and guide Economic Development and growth to the City of Grove.  His experience and knowledge opens the door to many ideas on how to broaden employment opportunities and increase the tax base for the residents of the City of Grove.

David's community involvement does not stop with the Grove Economic Development Authority instead he reaches out to his community by serving on numerous boards and organizations including:

  • Grove Municipal Airport Management Authority - 10 years;
  • Grove City Council - 1 year;
  • Grove Rotary Club - 10 years;
  • Grove Rotary Board of Directors - 3 years;
  • Grove Rotary Foundation Trust - 3 years, Named Foundation Rotarian of the year in 2012;
  • Grand Lake YMCA Governing Board - 7 years;
  • First United Methodist Church Finance Committee - 3 years;
  • Grove Rotary Achievement Award in 2015;
  • Numerous other volunteer projects throughout his community

Ivan was appointed to serve as a member of the GEDA by the Mayor and Council on October 20, 2015.  Ivan currently serves on the Grove City Council as Vice-Mayor.

Ivan has over 50 years experience in business management and development including management of national retail operations.  During his business management career Ivan has had the opportunity to work with personnel, budgeting, bottom lines, and strategic planning, these experiences help him make good business decisions for the City of Grove and GEDA.

Ivan is a good listener and it is his desire to hear what people have to say and serve as the spokesperson for the citizens of Grove. 

Ivan's goal as a GEDA member is to promote growth and development in Grove, and enhance the Quality of Life for Grove residents.

Ivan has a lifelong commitment to Grove, he has served as the Rotary District 6110 Assistant District Governor for three years; Grove Rotary Club President for 1 year; President of the Grove Rotary Foundation; Chairman of the Trinity Baptist Council of Deacons; Grove Municipal Services Authority Trustee; Chairman of Grove Area Chamber of Commerce; and a Member of the Board of Directors of the Second Chance Pet Rescue of Grove.

Andy was appointed by the Mayor and Council to fulfill the unexpired term of Ron Lay, deceased.

Andy has over 11 years of experience in economic development, managing Patricia Island Estates Development.

Andy is actively involved with the Grove community and hopes to see it continue to grow.  Andy has served on the Grove Rotary Club Board, and is currently the President Elect for the Grove Rotary Club.  He has served as the Chairman of the local YMCA board for several years.

Andy brings problem solving skills to GEDA with his business experience working with customers on a daily basis.   He has the ability to solve problems by 'thinking outside the box'.
