During a special meeting GMSA Board members reviewed and discussed the February invoice from Constellation, whom GMSA purchases natural gas for the gas utility.  The February bill includes the gas that was purchased during the extreme winter weather event on the spot market and identified on the invoice as 'Incremental Gas Costs'.

The City of Grove is accepting applications for part-time seasonal Lifeguards.  Applicants must have Red Cross Lifeguard Certification. All applicants must be a minimum of 18 years of age, and have or obtain a Class “A” CDL license.  All applicants must pass pre-employment drug screening.
