ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS will hold a public hearing to consider an application submitted by Grand Lake Sunrise Village / Reggie Herring requesting a sidewalk variance to construct a Senior Residential Development on the property located at N 21st Street & Wolf Creek Parkway, Grove, OK 74344.

 

LEGAL DESCRIPTION

The properties are legally described as follows:

PART OF THE NE ¼ OF THE SE ¼ OF SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 25 NORTH, RANGE 23 EAST OF THE I.B.&M., DELAWARE COUNTY, OKLAHOMA. BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE NE CORNER OF SAID NE ¼ OF THE SE ¼ OF SECTION 36 RUN S89°00’40”W 245.63 FEET ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF HENDRICKS POINT SECOND ADDITION TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE S89°00’40”W 1074.17 FEET ALONG SAID SOUTH LINE; THENCE S00°09’07”E 1296.07 FEET; THENCE S89°58’15”E 1319.77 FEET; THENCE N00°09’24”W 1112.44 FEET; THENCE S87°47’39”W 245.88 FEET; THENCE N00°07’17”W 212.30’ FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
