Rita Elizabeth Cale, passed away at St. Francis Hospital, in Tulsa, Okla., on Friday, Jan. 2, 2015, at the age of 91. Rita was born on Sept. 4, 1923, in Hugoton, Kan., the daughter of the late Victor Miller and Maude (Ramsey) Miller. She lived with joy and unlimited love for her family. She married Leonard Eugene Cale on July 14, 1942, in Denver, Colo., shortly before he was shipped out to serve his country. After the war, he remained in the Air Force and they started their family. They retired in 1969 and moved to Grove, Okla. She will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and four sisters.  She is survived by her  daughter, Peggy Cale, of Tulsa; and son, Michael Cale, of Owasso, Okla.; three grandchildren, Christy Minier, of Owasso, Michelle Baker, of Owasso, and Matthew Cale, of Tulsa; three great-grandchildren, who have given her great joy, and a host of relatives and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, in Grove, on Wednesday, Jan. 7, at 2 p.m. with Mr. Doug Rainbolt, presiding.  Burial will follow at Buzzard Cemetery, Grove. The family will greet  friends on Wednesday, Jan. 7, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home, in Grove, OK.
