Elkins, Delbert & Maxine
Obituary: Delbert L. Elkins - The Miami Record - Published 03/19/2007
Delbert L. Elkins of Miami died Friday, March 16, 2007 at Claremore after an illness. He was 76. Elkins was born May 21, 1930, in Poplar, Calif., to Leonard and Velma “Hubble" Elkins. He moved to Miami in 1957, from California.
He was a truck driver for Yellow Freight for 25 years. He attended Eastside Assembly of God Church, east of Miami. He married Maxine Jones on Jan. 8, 1949, in Reno, Nev. She survives, of the home.
