OBITUARY: LORA E. OWENS - LUGINBUEL FUNERAL HOME, GROVE, OK
Lora Estell Owens, age 88, died on February 11, 2012 at Integris Grove General Hospital in Grove, Oklahoma. Lora was the daughter of John and Ida Josephine (Melton) Wogoman. She was born on October 26, 1923 in Grove, Oklahoma. Lora was a lifetime resident of Grove. She was united in marriage to Charles M. (Jr.) Owens in Miami, Oklahoma. Lora was an avid St. Louis Cardinals Baseball fan. She loved spending time with her family and working search puzzles. Lora worked at the Koffee Kup Kafe in Grove, Oklahoma. Lora was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Jr. and two brothers. She is survived by her daughter Susie Landers and partner Doug Williams, two grandchildren Brad Williams and his wife Melissa and Tim Williams and his wife Brandi. Lora was blessed with five great-grandchildren Haylee, Benjamin, Brienaa, Mikael and Max. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 14, 2012 at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at the Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Rick Thomas officiating. Lora will be laid to rest besides her husband at the Buzzard Cemetery in Grove, Oklahoma. Services are under the direction of Worley-Luginbuel Funeral Home in Grove, Oklahoma.
