The City of Grove is in the beginning stages of creating a Comprehensive Plan.  The first step is to gather information from the public. 

The City of Grove has contracted with Institute for Building Technology & Safety (IBTS) to create the plan.  Representatives of IBTS will be at Wolf Creek Park on July 3rd to collect information via a Community Survey.  Participants in the survey will be provided a chance to win a FREE Wolfie T-shirt.
