Public Hearing - Dilapidated Structures

At their April 20, 2021 Regular Meeting, the Grove Mayor and Council scheduled a Public Hearing for May 4, 2021 at 6 p.m.  The purpose of the Public Hearing is to take comments from property owners, public and staff regarding nine structures that have been identified by Code Enforcement and Fire Department as dilapidated buildings.

GMSA uses approximately $235,000 of Reserve Funds to reduce gas costs for customers

During a special meeting GMSA Board members reviewed and discussed the February invoice from Constellation, whom GMSA purchases natural gas for the gas utility.  The February bill includes the gas that was purchased during the extreme winter weather event on the spot market and identified on the invoice as 'Incremental Gas Costs'.

Seasonal Lifeguards

The City of Grove is accepting applications for part-time seasonal Lifeguards.  Applicants must have Red Cross Lifeguard Certification. Seasonal Brush Hog & Tractor Operator

The City of Grove is accepting applications for a Seasonal BrushHog/Tractor Operator, weedeater, general maintenance and labor.
