S. Grand Street between W. 3rd and W 4th will be subject to asphalt milling and paving operations.  All residences, businesses, entrances and driveways along the affected portion of Grand Street will remain open and accessible  The public can expect travel delays as well as unavailability of on-street parking.  Grand Street will remain open to traffic during construction.
