The City of Grove operates under a Council - Manager Statutory form of government, whereby the Treasurer serves as the Chief Financial Officer.  The City Treasurer is appointed by the City Council and is selected solely on the basis of financial and administrative qualifications.

As the Chief Financial Officer, the City treasurer is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations, insuring financial stability and fostering sound financial management practices.

CTB Members, set goals for marketing the Grove area, and make decision on the best use of funds collected from the Lodging Tax.

To Promote and market Grove and the Grand Lake area as a leisure, cultural and recreational destination.  By generating revenues from overnight stays, we can grow the economy by assisting with the development of area tourism, facilities, programs and events.

The City of Grove is proud to be the home of the Number One fishing facility in the United States.  Anglers from all around the world are talking about the top of the line fishing facility - Wolf Creek Park and Boating Facility, on Grand Lake in Grove, Oklahoma.

Wolf Creek Park and Boating Facility is just that, a Park and Boating Facility.  Camping is not allowed.

The City of Grove is providing a Sales Tax Incentive for New and Existing Businesses located in the  C-2 Downtown District.
