JOB OPENING NOTICE
DEPARTMENT: GROVE FIRE DEPARTMENT (based out of Emergency Mgmt)
POSITION: FULL-TIME FIREFIGHTER
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8am – 5pm
APPLICATION DEADLINE: September 15, 2023
REQUIREMENTS: APPLICANTS MUST HAVE A HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT; MUST HAVE VALID CLASS D DRIVERS LICENSE. AND MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE. PHYSICAL AGILITY AND WRITTEN TESTING REQUIRED.
SELECTED APPLICANT MUST PASS A MANDATORY PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREENING. THIS POSITION PERFORMS SAFETY SENSITIVE DUTIES AND SELECTED APPLICANT IS SUBJECT TO RANDOM DRUG SCREENING.
