2018 Annual Spring Clean Up

The City of Grove's ANNUAL SPRING CLEAN - UP is scheduled for April 16th - 21, 2018.  Don't be left holding the bag.........Items accepted for pick up include: JUNK, APPLIANCES, FURNITURE, YARD DEBRIS & BUILDING WASTE (NOTHING ALLOWED OVER 70 POUNDS).  The Bernice Sanitation crews usually begin on the East side of Grove and travel West.  You may place all items along the right-of-way beginning April 10, 2018.

ITEMS THAT ARE ACCEPTABLE FOR CURBSIDE PICK UP INCLUDE:

CTB Regular Meeting canceled

The regular scheduled CTB Meeting has been canceled and a special meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 24 at 2 p.m.

Grand Savings Bank - Free Shred Day April 20th

Grand Savings Bank will be hosting a document "Shred Day" on April 20th beginning at 10:00 a.m., it will last until the truck is full.  This service is FREE.

Emergency Drill at Lower & Upper Elementary Schools on March 29

Thursday, March 29, Grove Public Schools, along with emergency services including police, fire, emergency management and EMS, will conduct a drill at the Lower and Upper Elementary Schools.

The drill will begin at approximately 12:30 p.m. and last about 2 hours.  Some students will be evacuated from the Lower and Upper Elementary Schools.

Buildings & Grounds Seasonal Laborer

The City of Grove is accepting applications for a seasonal maintenance laborer.  All applicants must be of 18 years of age.  Selected applicants must pass drug screening.  The City of Grove is an Equal Opportunity Employer.  Applications available online or at the City of Grove office located at 104 W. 3rd Street, Grove, OK  For more information call Craig Criger at 918-964-1919.  Application deadline is April 9, 2018.  Salary: $9.00 per hour.
