After more than a year of negotiations, the Grove Civic Center has sold to Foraker Company, a retail developer.  The Foraker Development Group will begin remodeling the Civic Center with 3 anchor stores and a standalone Starbucks.

The City of Grove and GMSA offices will be closed on December 25 and 26, 2023 to allow our employees to enjoy the Christmas holiday with their families.
