Grove Civic Center sells to Foraker Development Group

After more than a year of negotiations, the Grove Civic Center has sold to Foraker Company, a retail developer.  The Foraker Development Group will begin remodeling the Civic Center with 3 anchor stores and a standalone Starbucks.
