Full-Time Utility Maintenance Laborer

Grove Municipal Services Authority is accepting application for a Full-Time Utility Maintenance Laborer.  Applicants must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, and a Class D Driver's License.  Selected applicant must obtain a Class 'D' Water Operators license within one year of employment.

Job Duties include but are not limited to the following:  Locate and repair sewer, water and gas leaks, change pumps, install new services, read gas and water meters, perform general utility maintenance, assist co-workers as needed, plus other duties as assigned.

Water Service Interrupted

GMSA announces interruption of water service scheduled for 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday, December 9, 2015, to allow crews to connect to a new main water line.  The following areas will be affected by this interruption of water service:

West side of Thompson Road and north side of E323 Road going north to the lake;
West  side of Thompson Road going west to the lake;
South side of E 315 Road including only S618 Road and E316 Lane
Wyant Road
S613 Lane
S613 Road
E315 Place

Equipment failure results in high gas bills for GMSA customers

City Council Reduces Restrictions on Mobile Storage Containers

After receiving public comments and concerns, the Mayor and Council re-addressed the restrictions on Mobile Storage Containers located within the city limits of Grove.  Click the link below to view a summary of Ordinance No. 714, approved by Mayor and Council on November 17, 2015.
