Water Service Interrupted

GMSA announces interruption of water service scheduled for 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday, December 9, 2015, to allow crews to connect to a new main water line. The following areas will be affected by this interruption of water service:
West side of Thompson Road and north side of E323 Road going north to the lake;
West side of Thompson Road going west to the lake;
South side of E 315 Road including only S618 Road and E316 Lane
Wyant Road
S613 Lane
S613 Road
E315 Place
Connection to the new main water line along with installation of additional shut-off valves should significantly decrease interruption of service in the future.
Once the service is restored, the water is safe to drink; however, there may be some discoloration in the water and air in the lines. Customers are encouraged to wait until the water is clear before drinking, laundering, bathing, etc.
GMSA apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause; crews will be working in a timely and efficient manner to restore water service as quickly as possible.
