The City of Grove is a Business Friendly community.  If you are opening a new business or if you are selling unique products only on a temporary basis, stop by and visit with the City Clerk, 104 W. 3rd Street, or call 918-786-6107 to obtain the proper applications to get you started.

To submit an application to serve on any City of Grove Boards or Trust Authorities, you may download the document, print it out and return it to City Hall at 104 W. 3rd Street or you may complete the on-line Application located in the left-hand column of this page and submit it electronically.

Please download the Permit Application, complete and attach the required documentation and drawings, then return to the City of Grove at 1201 NEO Loop, Grove, OK 74344.  If you have any questions regarding the application please contact the Building Inspector in the Community Development Department at 918-786-6107.
