Bids/proposals being accepted for mowing, demolition and haying properties
The City of Grove is seeking hourly rate bids for mowing, demolition and clean-up of dilapidated structures located within the city limits and identified by the Fire Chief and the Code Enforcement Officer.
Bidders must provide own equipment for mowing, demolition and clean up of properties, and proof of a minimum $100,000 General Liability Insurance.
Proposals are being accepted for cutting and baling vegetation growing on properties owned by the City of Grove, Grove Economic Development Authority and Grove Municipal Services Authority. Properties are located at North Olympus Cemetery, Grove Industrial Park and GMSA Waste Water Treatment Plant.
Bidders may bid on all or one of the three solicitations. All bids and proposals shall be sealed and marked 'Mowing Bids' or 'Demolition Bids', or 'Haying Proposals' and must be received in the office of the City Clerk on or before Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. Mail or hand deliver to City of Grove, 104 W. 3rd Street, Grove, OK 74344 - Attention City Clerk, Ivonne Buzzard. The City of Grove reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
