Ron Drake brings excitement to Downtown Grove
This building housed a local bank for many years, this is just one example of the opportunities in Downtown Grove.
DOWNTOWN GROVE HAS GREAT POTENTIAL!!
Ron Drake a consultant dedicated to bringing life back to small downtown communities spent three days in Grove. He shared his enthusiasm during his meetings with business owners, property owners, bankers and city leaders. During his many meetings in Grove he told his listeners "The best way to bring life into the downtown, is to bring lives into it." "Loft apartments are a popular lifestyle in today's world, and Grove has the perfect buildings with available alley parking to make this happen.".
Drake has been successful in restoring life in downtown Siloam Springs, and is currently working with leaders and business owners in Okmulgee. He encouraged leaders to find the "cool factor" in the rehabilitation process, "create a vibrant cultural center" and "embrace the whimsy" of downtown Grove.
