GMSA Drive-Thru Closed beginning April 16th for 60-90 days due to construction
Beginning Monday, April 16, the South City Hall parking lot and GMSA drive-thru window will be CLOSED due to construction. Customer parking will be available in the current employee parking lot located on the west side of the building. 4th Street between Grand and Broadway will also be closed from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday during construction.
Signage will direct walk-up traffic along designated routes to safely access the building.The automatic ADA accessible doors located on the South side of the the building will be open during regular business hours (8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.) and the entrance on the North and East side of the building will be open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. throughout construction as will the GMSA utility office and City Hall. During this time period, the night drop box located adjacent to the drive-thru window, will be accessible by walk up only.
Customers may continue to make payments in the utility office and the night drop box; payments may also be made over-the-phone by calling 918-786-5171.
