City Code 8-201: Trash and weeds prohibited: It shall be unlawful for any owner of property located within the municipal limits of Grove from allowing trash to accumulate, weeds to grow or stand on the premises, Ordinance No. 505.
- Grass and vegetation must be mowed and trimmed to less than 12 inches in height;
- Hay Permits may be issued under certain conditions and requirements;
- Trash and any uncared for, discarded or abandoned items shall not be allowed to accumulate on property.
CITY CODES WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED & VIOLATORS WILL BE SUBJECT TO CITATIONS AND FINES.
