The City of Grove is accepting bids from parties interested in purchasing the following surplus property.
1) Portable Office Trailer, approximately 15.6' W x 50'L
2) Aluminim ADA wheelchair ramps and aluminum frames and composite decking
3) Medical bed
Bidder may bid on one, two or three items. Bids must be in writing on the BID FORM provided by the City of Grove. Bids must be in a sealed envelope marked SURPLUS ITEMS and received no later than 9 a.m. on Monday, November 4, 2024. Mail or hand deliver bids to the City of Grove, 1201 NEO Loop, Grove, OK 74344 - Attention City Clerk, Laura Davila. Electronic or faxed bids will not be accepted.
Bidders must contact Craig Criger, Buildings and Grounds Superintendent, 918-964-1919, to schedule an appointment to view the items prior to submitting a bid.
Bids will be awarded to the highest and best bidder per each individual item.
The City of Grove reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
