VRH - City Council amends Regulations 2022
Grove City Council amended the Ordinance regulating Vacation Rental Homes (VRH) located within the city limits.
Changes include:
Effective within 30 days of passage or Ordinance:
Removing requirement to obtain a Special Use Permit;
Added requirements to VRH owner to notify neighbors within 300' of the proposed VRH;
Effective for permits issued on/or after January 1, 2023
Added Neighborhood Density for VRH located in Residential Zoned Districts (RE-1) (R-1) and R-1S)
