Special Event Permits Downloads
On April 5, 2016 the Mayor and Council approved an Ordinance regarding the permitting process for Local Community Organizations, Farmer's Market and For-Profit Organizations holding Special Events.
Listed below are guidelines, event applications and participating vendor applications for each group. These documents may be downloaded and be printed out to complete.
There are also on-line applications listed in the left-hand column of this page. These documents may be completed and submitted electronically
Applications for vendors participating under the umbrella of the Chamber of Commerce Farmer's Market must be submitted to the Grove Area Chamber of Commerce, 9630 U.S. Highway 59, Grove, OK 74344. For additional information on the Farmer's Market call the chamber at 918-786-9079.
