MOBILE OR MFG HOME PERMIT ON-LINE APPLICATION - RESIDENTIAL

The City of Grove is unable to take on-line payments at this time.  You may pay over the telephone with a credit or debit card by calling 918-786-6107.  You may also bring any supporting documentation, along with payment or mail to City of Grove, 104 W. 3rd St., Grove, OK 74344.

EXPIRATION OF PERMITS:

Permits issued for removal or replacement of Mobile Home or Manufactured Home within any districts other than a RMH Zoned District or a Non-conforming Manufactured Home Park expire and become invalid within ninety (90) days of issuance.

Permits issued for placement or replacement of Mobile Homes or Manufactured Homes within a RMH Zoned District or a Non-conforming Manufactured Home Park expire and become invalid within one-hundred eighty (180) days of issuance.

Removal of a Mobile Home or Manufactured Home from a RMH Zoned District or a Non-conforming Manufactured Home Park does not require a permit.

ALL Mobile Homes or Manufactured Homes transported, set-up, or connected to utilities after January 21, 2014 require a final inspection and issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy prior to occupancy.
