The City of Grove is unable to take on-line payments at this time. You may call Grove City Hall at 918-786-6107 to may payment over the telephone, you may stop by our offices or you may mail payment along with all supporting documentation to City of Grove, 104 W. 3rd St., Grove, OK 74344.

ATTACH A SKETCHED DRAWING OF THE SAFE ROOM, AND WHERE IT WILL BE INSTALLED ON THE PROPERTY; INCLUDE OTHER STRUCTURES SUCH AS HOUSE, GARAGE, OUT BUILIDINGS, ETC. ON THE DRAWING.

It shall be unlawful to commence the installation of a Safe Room until the Building Inspector has issued a building permit for such work.

An issued permit becomes invalid if the work on the site authorized by the permit does not commence within 180 days of issuance, or if the work on the site is incomplete due to suspension or abandonment 180 days after the work commenced. All Safe Rooms require a final inspection by the Delaware County Emergency Management Department.
