SIGN PERMIT TEMPORARY ON-LINE APPLICATION
Temporary Event Signs are allowed only in Commercial and Industrial Districts. All signs shall be placed on private property and shall not be located nearer than five feet (5') to all sides of the property line. Signs located on a corner lot shall observe Sight Triangles and shall not be closer than twenty-five feet (25') from the property line at the corner of the corner lot. All signs displayed on property not owned by the person or group placing the sign must have property owner's written permission.
Placement of all signs on public right-of-way, fences, or utility poles is prohibited.
Temporary Special Event Signs shall not be erected more than fourteen (14) days prior to such event or activity and shall be removed within forty-eight (48) hours following such event or activity.
